Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we produce starting from one exemplar.
An ideal order quantity for production would be between 2 and 20 pieces.
Are there exact color values for the background color?
In the color chart you can find the color values for the exact identification of the color (RGB and Pantone) for your individual mat (background as well as motive). Other colors or 4c-printing cannot be offered.
Can I return the mat if I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit?
Logo mats and advertising mats are produced individually and order related. Therefore we cannot accept a return apart from reasons like damage. Please check your available surface and the release motive very accurately.
Do you also produce mats for renting?
We produce high performance mats especially for industry and business. If you rent mats we are an ideal partner for you. We offer special conditions – just ask.
What about the graphic design?
The logo or the text is centered as big as possible on the mat except you order something else. The colors of logo or text are chosen from our standard color chart – as similar to the colors of your logo as possible. If you don’t want the original color of your logo for the mat, you can choose another one from our color chart.
Color values for background colors:
File or master formats:
Vector-files: CDR, AI, EPS, WMF of PDF
Image-files: JPG, TIF, PSD or EPS; BMP, PCX, scanned images (at least 300 DPI, bright, minimum 10x15cm)
We cannot process the following file formats:
Macintosh, SIT, PICT, Microsoft Word, Excel or Power Point, fax, device, banners or other not digital masters.
Recommendation for the use of letters: convert letters into curves in vector files or specify the typeface. Macintosh types are not supported.
Please note:
All layouts are produced centered and as big as possible if not ordered otherwise.
Sometimes layouts have to be adapted to the process of production. Usually these adaptations affect the text. Letters have to be at least 4 cm to be readable on the mat.
Avoid combinations of very similar colors with little contrast, e.g. marine and black.
How does the printing of mats work?
The blank mats are basically white.
They get printed with your individual design according to requirements. The method is quite similar to ink jet printing. Due to the individual production of the mats a return is – after your release - not possible. Therefore please check your available surface and the release motive very accurately.
Do the mats have an edging?
Mats always have an edging made of rubber, except you want a mat without edging.
Due to this edging the mat lies plainly on the floor. The material is firm; the mats can be cut without being frazzled. This is possible but not recommended because of the danger of stumbling.
Is there a guaranty issued for logo mats?
We issue a guaranty of 2 years/100 washings for the service life of the colors, if our recommendations are followed. |
